This is Jason chillin' in the squat with a tall can.
It was Denton, TX. In the early hours of the morning, July 18th, 2014 @ approximately 2:20am, a guy I know was tataken into custody for possession of alcohol and Public Intox. The arresting officer was Clint Webb Badge # 132. Now this officer seemed to be acting within the confines of his job and other than my ideological argument that the state enforced by all officers is the very power structure I would love to tear down as an anarchist, I have no beef with him. He did however witness at least some of what followed. Two city jail guards described as black, stocky, approximately '5"9 started beating him ruthlessly.
This is Jason after what the pigs did to him.
Through out this whole thing Jason, the one beaten, was compliant. He did not fight back only tried to cover his vital areas as any reasonable person would do. I know Jason is know angel, he is my drunken ex fiancé who I am not to happy with as of late. But he doesn't have many people sticking up for him. And if this is what it takes to get his voice heard, well I got his back. There should be an investigation. This is clearly a case of bullies picking on one street person, but is part of a bigger problem. Lets set an example and fight for these pigs to be dealt with. For Jason, for Pooh Bear, for whatever you know him as...

Thank you Pandora's Box, I was engaged to him at one point and he may not have been the right man for me, he certainly was a sweet guy and didn't deserve this shit to happen to him. If I was still in Texas I'd be doing some political organizing around this. He is a good guy with a big heart.

This is the most messed up horrible case of police brutality I've ever heard of in denton, just thought I'd add that I've gotten nerve damage on my wrists from the police and never resisted but I was cocky... Another time I was very polite and compliant and got cuffed, shoved against a squad car and shoved down in front of everybody on fry and got multiple cuts on both fore arms. murderface was there she saw it so did a lot of people.
ya the end of days no shit, this worlds getting so fucked we gotta do something to change it, get involved, start making a real impact.

With all this I don't know if it's a lack of police training, lack of police supervision, a crooked police chief, or just individual officers' acting out of sheer inhumanity, but something gotta change. We've had enough!

I do not agree with calling them all pigs nor do I agree with them being all Bastards ! I do know that there is a lot of them out there that are bad and need to be removed But just like your ex there are good people out there even ones that drink or do drugs. All that seen this or did this need to be removed from the force and I do not mean for them to be able to resign. They need to be locked up and treated the way they would treat you or I if we were to do something like this ! NO ONE should come out looking like this for any reason at all. I hope Denton police chief does what is right in this case ! May God see that they get removed and this man gets what is coming to him !
Sandra Swift, I appreciate your optimism, please don't ever lose it. That being said, when it comes to cops I have a more cynical point of view due to my lived experience. The one truly good cop I ever met said that she actually hated cops, later I named a pot plant after her. Also, for deeper ideological reasons I am opposed to the police as they enforce the system of intersecting hierarchies. I feel we'd be better off going all 1930's catalonia and rocking it Durruti style.
Officer Webb was the arresting officer. The assault occurred at the jail by a jailer!
Officer Webb was not the officer that assaulted the man. It was a jailer at the jail!!!
Have him contact the Civil Rights Project http://www.texascivilrightsproject.org/programs-and-services/civil-rights/ as they helped me with an incident I experienced in Austin with a jailer. Wish you much luck as it is a long, uphill battle to get any justice or resolution.
